These terms cover the Jetpose iOS app and the jetpose.app website. By using either, you agree to them. They're deliberately short — Jetpose is a camera app, not a data business.
The service
Jetpose is a photography coaching app. It overlays pose guides on your camera, scores how closely you match them, offers coaching tips, and can fire the shutter automatically. All processing happens on your device. Coaching suggestions are exactly that — suggestions. Stay aware of your surroundings while posing; don't step backwards off anything for a better shot.
Subscriptions & purchases
- Jetpose Pro is offered as auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly, monthly, or annual with a 7-day free trial) and a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited when you purchase.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Purchases are also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Your content
Photos you capture with Jetpose are yours, stored in your Photos library. We claim no rights over them and never see them.
Acceptable use
Don't use Jetpose to photograph people without their consent where consent is required, and don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its pose library outside the App Store's standard license.
Disclaimers
Jetpose is provided "as is." We work hard on pose-detection quality, but detection accuracy varies with lighting, clothing, distance, and framing — we don't guarantee any particular result or that every shot will be a keeper. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Jetpose in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted in App Store release notes and the effective date above will change. Continuing to use Jetpose after a change means you accept the updated terms.
