Privacy Policy
Effective July 7, 2026
The short version: Jetpose runs entirely on your iPhone. Your camera feed, your photos, and your pose data never leave your device. We run no servers, require no account, and collect no analytics.
The Jetpose app
What the app processes — on your device only
- Camera frames — analyzed in real time by Apple's on-device Vision framework to detect your pose and the scene. Frames are processed in memory and never stored, uploaded, or shared.
- Photos you capture — saved directly to a "Jetpose" album in your Photos library. We can only add photos; the app uses iOS's add-only permission and cannot browse your library.
- Settings — preferences like haptics and auto-capture are stored locally in your device's app storage.
What we collect
Nothing. Jetpose has no backend, no account system, no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, and no crash-reporting service. The app's privacy manifest declares zero collected data and no tracking, and works fully offline.
Purchases
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account. We never see your payment details. Apple's handling of that data is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
The jetpose.app website
- Waitlist — if you join, your email address is stored by our mailing provider (MailerLite) solely to email you about Jetpose's launch and major updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing deletes you from the list.
- Hosting — this site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard connection logs (IP address, user agent) to deliver and secure the site. We run no additional analytics.
- Cookies — this site sets none.
Your rights
Because the app stores everything on your device, your data is already under your control — deleting the app deletes its data, and your photos remain yours in the Photos library. For waitlist emails, contact us or use the unsubscribe link and we'll remove you. GDPR and CCPA rights (access, deletion, portability) apply to the waitlist email address, the only personal data we ever hold.
Children
Jetpose is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect any data from them — or from anyone else.
Changes
If we ever change how Jetpose handles data — for example, adding optional crash reporting — we'll update this policy, bump the effective date, and note the change in the App Store release notes before it ships.
